A new video of Phillip J. Berg purporting to have the “October Surprise” In which he claims that Barack Obama is not an American citizen.  He attempts to back this up with many facts and “facts.”  It should be pointed out that Berg is/was a Democrat, but was upset about Hillary not winning and can’t give it up that for this election his candidate wasn’t the one people wanted.

According to the actual document submited to the courts (also here),  he actually cites in “Factual Allegations”  Wikipedia.  Don’t get me wrong I love Wikipedia, and can help with finding lots of information,  But I don’t think it has much standing in a legal environment. Frankly, 6th grade teachers don’t take Wikipedia as a source, so what makes him think the Supreme Court would? Also he cites one article from the English version and one from the Italian.  Wikipedia isn’t a perfect source in English let alone other languages, especially on topics like the name of the hospital, with absolutely no relation to the language in use.

Here is the quote:

18. Upon investigation into the birth of Barack Hussein Obama in Honolulu, Hawaii,

Obama’s birth is reported as occurring at two (2) separate hospitals, Kapiolani Hospital

and Queens Hospital. Wikipedia English Version under the subject “Barack Obama”

states Obama was born at Kapiolani Hospital. Wikipedia Italian Version under the

subject “Queens Hospital” states Barack Obama was born in Queens Hospital.

Berg also claims that if Barrack was in fact born in the U.S.  Then when his mother remarried and moved to Indonesia.  He claims that at the time Indonesia did not support dual citizenship, and Barrack had to be a citizen there to attend school.  The fact of the matter is from my understanding of the issue (which is admittedly not a lot) Is that Barack would have dual-citizenship.  As a matter of course the U.S. does not care what citizen another country thinks you are, it only cares if you qualify in the United States. Since his mother is from the United States AND he was born in the United States, the U.S. sees him as a U.S. Citizen (he only needs one of those, but two makes it very clear). Interestingly at the time, since his father was born in Kenya, he had Kenyan citizenship also until he was 21, quite possibly for a time giving him triple-citizenship.

Berg claims that even though FactCheck.org says that his assertions are false.  FactCheck.org is somehow biased towards Obama.  First of all FactCheck.org has photos of them actually holding the Birth Certificate and displaying its 3-D-ness.  First of all he claims that FactCheck.org is run By Annenberg of Chicago.  According to Wikipedia FactCheck.org is run by Annenberg at the University of Pennsylvania. Now of course Wikipedia could be wrong but the bottom of FactCheck.org’s web page confirms this.  According to my understanding of history Chicago hasn’t been in Pennsylvania since at least the Civil War when it fought for The South.   Now Obama did work on The Chicago Annenberg Challenge in the infamous Ayers connection.  But that was just one thing funded by Annenberg .  Also what sort of inspiration would FactCheck.org have to be biased towards Obama, when we has on the board years ago?  By the way this obviously liberal *sarcasm* organization, Annenberg was funded by the late Walter Annenberg, who was a conservative, and an Ambassador to the United Kingdom under Richard Nixon.

So in summary* not only is Obama a terrorist,  he is friends with Richard Nixon, who probably had him spy on his own party at the Democratic Headquarters.  How’s that for a Maverick?

*Note that this is not an accurate summary and does not reflect the above article at all.
