Afghanistan: See ‘Pakistan’

China: China is not expansionist, and is therefore not a military threat. It continues to open up slowly. It is apparent they are beginning to appreciate the values of a free market. Gradually they will begin to understand the importance of free citizens to the free market. Free citizens = free ideas. Creative ideas = bigger market shares.

India: See ‘Pakistan’

North Korea: Who knows how long the nut case & his family will rule. As long as they do, North Korea will continue to be a destitute, dangerous country. Mentally bankrupt leaders are always in need of ‘enemies’ to keep their own people from noticing their hunger. Just add nuclear weapons for bonus excitement.

Pakistan: Not a military threat, except to India. We must get India to cooperate with Pakistan to allow Pakistan to pay attention to the terrorists on it’s western border. This is easier said than done. The animosity between these India and Pakistan is long-standing and will require a Nobel Peace-Prized effort for even minor accomplishments.

Somalia: Well, it was nice to see the India Navy begin to help out, with mixed results. The U.S. cannot police the entire world. We foresee a coordinated plan to aggressively defend private ships off this African coast. The U.S. will probably play a role smaller than 50%. Even the Russian Navy may play a small role.

Russia: Keep them involved in other world peace-keeping missions (see ‘Somalia’)

Africa: (Yes, we know Somalia is part of Africa): Try to promote democracy, but we don’t know how.

Central America: Visit

South America: Ignore
